⚠️ Note: Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorised repairs are not eligible for return.

    • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

    • You may choose to receive a replacement instead of a refund if stock is available.


💰 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued through your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene or technical reasons, including:

  • Software, licenses, or digital downloads

  • Opened mobile accessories or earphones

  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling
